| How does it work? |
Executive coaching begins with an interview. In this initial contact we will talk about the participant’s needs and his or her personal and behavioral qualities that will be assessed through the Conover intake assessment. This assessment is used to gauge the client’s level of functioning in the areas of:
Interpersonal assertion, interpersonal aggression, interpersonal deference, empathy, stress management, and change orientation.
The client will be also assessed through EQ Map that assess your personal strengths and vulnerabilities on 20 distinct emotional intelligence factors.
